GENERAL RULES

Simply use common sense and judgement at all times, and keep in mind that the image you leave behind will represent your Family, your Country and your People.

 

All campers are requied to complete the entire program of sixteen days. No leaving the Camp or the Group without permission.

At no time will it be permissibile for boys to enter girls premises or vice versa.

Alcoholic beverages of any kind and drugs are not permitted inside and outside the Camp.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside buildings.

Please take your insurance policy and health documents to the Director upon your arrival.

If you have some valuables or money, it would be better to deposit them in the secretary’s office because the Camp organization takes no responsibility for possible losses or theft.

Bedrooms are for rest. Do other activities in the right places.

Please, keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy.

It is very important to respect daily timetable: morning calls – departures – group’s activities – meals – bedtime.

At night-time all campers are requested to respect the rules of the Camp, not to make noise and not to go out the Camp alone without permission.

All campers must attend the planned activities. It is compulsory to take part in the program of the Camp and comply with the rules.

During the excursions, but particularly when we visit towns and Lions Clubs, it is necessary to follow the Staff’s advice and instructions.

It is forbidden to ask for or accept any ride from unauthorized people.

Everybody should be present at meals-times. The timetable could vary depending on circumstances.

Respect each other regardless differences of race, religion and nation.

By 11.30 pm all campers must be inside the Camp and by 12.00 pm all lights off.

The Staff members are obliged to enforce the above rules.

 

The Youth Camp Emilia reserves the right to terminate a youth participation for misconduct. The youth will be returned to his/her home immediately. His/her parents and the Lions Cluyb sponsor will be notified of this action and will assumne full responsibility.
